All claims must be made to our office within 1 week of receiving the order.
Before calling: please locate the invoice number and the item number.
Products that are from a previous season are ineligible for credit. After the season is complete we have no recourse with our vendors for return product.
Watches: The guarantee is for one year on the face works only. The band is not covered under the guarantee by our vendors.
Please do not return product without approval from our office.
Approved defective product will be replaced or credited to your account
Returned product should be in original packaging and have all store labeling removed.
No minimums on ordering, split shipping payments, prepay credit,
and a net 30 day payment policy.
